The “World Famous” Towson University Marching Band is headed to the 2027 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®! Selected from hundreds of applicants nationwide, TUMB will return to this iconic holiday tradition for the first time since 2009, representing TU and Maryland before millions of viewers.
We’ve set an ambitious $500,000 goal to help our students shine on one of the nation’s biggest stages. Your gift will support the Towson University Marching Band as they cover transportation, lodging, meals and equipment costs. Your donation will make this extraordinary experience possible for every student performer.
