At Towson Hillel, Jewish students build life-long friendships within a supportive cultural community. It starts with a Shabbat dinner, a familiar song, or simply a couch to collapse on between classes-- it grows into friendships, identity, and a sense of community that carries students through four years and beyond. That's the power of a thriving Jewish community on campus, and it's what Towson Hillel builds every single day.

For decades, the Hillel Lounge has been the home base that has facilitated community, and it is showing its age. We are working to update the Lounge, turning it into a space that looks as welcoming as it is, that can be quickly and easily changed to meet the different ways that students use it, and that holds all the tools of a thriving Jewish community.
